The Schedule & Balance
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No late nights, no weekends!)
- Calendar: Follows the school calendar, including a fun 6-week summer program.

What You'll Actually Do
Working with incredible kids ages 2–10 in a behaviorally informed, ABA-rooted model, you will:
- Deliver fun, functional therapy in individual and small-group settings (both push-in and pull-out).
- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Manage IEPs, progress notes, and standard billing documentation.
- Team up with BCBAs and teachers to make sure communication goals stick across the whole day.
- Bonus points if you have experience with ASD or AAC devices, but if you're eager to learn, we want to teach you!
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $62,000 – $69,000 / year

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- NYS Certification as an SLP (or eligible for CF-SLP).
