Position Summary
Crossroads Care Clinic is seeking a compassionate, mature Christian man to lead our Men's Outreach Ministry. This position oversees ministry to male clients, recruits and mentors male volunteers, and helps men make life-affirming decisions while growing in their faith.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise male volunteers.
- Provide peer counseling and support to male clients.
- Develop and oversee men's educational and support programs.
- Review client documentation and provide guidance to volunteers.
- Build relationships with local churches and community partners.
- Represent the clinic through church presentations, community events, and fundraising activities.
- Assist with volunteer recruitment and ongoing training.
- Work closely with the Executive Director to strengthen men's ministry services.
Qualifications
- Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Strong agreement with the pro-life mission and Statement of Faith.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in ministry, mentoring, counseling, or volunteer leadership preferred.
- Ability to work independently while leading and encouraging volunteers.
- Passion for serving men and families facing unexpected pregnancies.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
