What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Host position at CROSSROADS CAFE?
Crossroads Cafe in downtown Joshua Tree is looking for a busser/host to start immediately. Priority is given to applicants with food service/restaurant experience but other hard working, dependable, customer service oriented candidates will be considered. Must have reliable transportation and live in the Morongo Basin. This is a fun job: great co-workers, great customers, many employees make friends for life working here. Starting at $22/hour (including tips) and our best bussers can move up to server in the busy season

Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to customers
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of restaurant or catering operations is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling and safety guidelines in the food industry
