What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Loan Officer multi-location position at Crossroads Bank?
Mortgage Lender works with customer to help with home loans /mortgages, construction loans, home equity lines of credit, consumer loans and other banking products. Guiding customer through the process to make it an easier transition.
Major Duties:
- Provides guidance through the home-buying process from application to closing for residential mortgage loans, construction loans, home equity lines of credit, and consumer loans.
- Form relationships with individuals in the real estate community and generate prospective client leads.
- Underwrite and make credit decisions according to secondary market standards and Bank policies.
- Adhere to Bank lending policies/procedures and federal lending regulations.
- Understand and be able to explain the features and benefits of other Bank products and services for cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the Bank at loan closings, public functions, meetings, and community events.
