What You’ll Do
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and performance
- Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the buying process
- Meet sales goals and collaborate with the sales team
- Report progress and sales activities to management
What You’ll Need
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- High energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
