We are hiring for a Receptionist for a multi-doctor Veterinarian clinic that also provides boarding, daycare, and grooming. Ideal candidate must have previous veterinary clinic experience, be well-versed in Avimark or able to learn quickly, and have a professional and friendly disposition. Compensation is dependent on experience.
Job Functions:
Answering a multi-line phone
Scheduling appointments and boarding stays
Daily interfacing with clients and potential clients
Expediting daily operations
Handling money and taking payments
Checking clients in and out

This Position Requires:
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds unassisted
