Crossroad Telecom is a sales and business consulting firm partnered with AT&T, and we are currently hiring a Customer Relations Representative - Entry Level team member to support residential AT&T Fiber markets in the Indianapolis area.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning sales & customer service fundamentals, and developing long-term professional skills. No prior experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
In this position, you will interact directly with customers face-to-face to explain AT&T Fiber services, assist with account activations, and support ongoing customer needs. You’ll also work closely with your team to improve service quality, support goals, and build strong customer relationships.

- Engage with residential customers to explain AT&T Fiber products and service options
- Assist with new service activations, upgrades, and account questions
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
- Support team goals by participating in daily meetings and training sessions
- Help resolve basic billing or service questions while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to support team improvement
