Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Family owned, owner is 100% on the job site. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the successful completion of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn new skills within the construction industry.

Duties

• framing, metal siding, new construction, pole barns, interior and exterior work
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment as needed
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards regularly
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, shoveling, and moving heavy objects
• Assist in the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components under supervision

Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and guidelines
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival on job sites
• Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
