Crossroad Academy Charter School of Business seeks a dynamic Assistant Principal to assist the School Principal in executing the organization's vision and mission. The successful candidate will foster a positive, safe, and high-achieving learning environment where both students and staff can thrive.

WORK LOCATION: In person.

Salary from $55,000.00 up to $70,000.00 based on credential and experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Instructional Leadership: Support the school’s academic vision, analyze assessment data to drive student progress, and collaborate with families and community leaders to meet school goals.

School Operations: Maintain efficient daily operations, utilize critical thinking to resolve campus issues, and integrate instructional technology effectively.

School Leadership: Cultivate a culture of excellence, assist with personnel recruitment and coaching, and model ethical behavior in alignment with the educator code of ethics.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with CACS/CEDO salary and benefit policy.

FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY

Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

EVALUATION

The performance will be evaluated following state statutes.

DECLARATION

The CACS/CEDO, Human Resources Department, retains the sole right and discretion to make changes to this position description. Any employee making changes unauthorized by the Human Resources Department will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
