Our clients range from residential properties to large commercial accounts, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryThe Crew Leader oversees a landscaping crew and is responsible for ensuring daily jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company and client standards. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be working alongside your team while directing tasks, training crew members, and communicating with supervisors and clients.What You’ll DoLead a crew of 1–3 team members on daily landscaping operations including:Lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)Leaf cleanupsMulch installationPressure washingPlantings, seasonal color, and bed maintenanceSmall landscape projects as assignedEnsure proper use and care of company equipment, vehicles, and tools.Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met with high standards of quality and efficiency on every job.Prepare Landscape Trucks for the day including:Load gas cans, mowers, and other equipment onto trucks/trailersSecure all equipment onto trucks/trailersSafely operate vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws.Train, coach, and develop crew members, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety practices.Track job progress, hours worked, and materials used.Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working orderAccurately capture and turn in crew time logsLog equipment usage and maintenance cyclesPerform maintenance on equipment:Unload equipment from trucks/trailerWash equipment and truckChange equipment blades and oil.Clean air filters.Grease machinesConduct EDVIR on assigned vehicles.Serve as point of contact for site supervisors and occasionally interact with clients as needed.Promote a positive team culture built on safety, respect, and accountability.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2 years in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field; leadership experience preferred.Skills: A team player.
