Position Summary

The Entry Level Sales Representative will meet with local businesses in person, introduce available service options, and learn how to guide customers through product selection. This role combines sales, customer education, and account coordination while helping organizations make informed decisions about their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit businesses in your assigned territory and start conversations with potential clients
• Conduct informational presentations that explain phone, TV, and internet services
• Identify needs based on company size, workflow, and budget
• Review promotional offerings, bundle options, and service upgrades
• Gather customer information and assist in preparing accounts for enrollment
• Maintain consistent follow up communication to ensure a smooth experience
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing skill development sessions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Ability to learn service information and explain it in simple, clear terms
• Comfort meeting face to face with business owners and managers
• Interest in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer interaction
• Full time availability Monday through Friday
