Role
Our account management team provides case management services to our clients, who are primarily attorneys and medical experts. The accounts team is also responsible for managing cases and coordinating expert consultations. This role also includes leading the services team to ensure services are completed from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be a high energy individual with a passion for helping people, building relationships and contributing to team success. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills as well as an enthusiasm for working with individual contributors to ensure team performance. Our team is comprised of positive, collaborative and dynamic self-starters that enjoy delivering solutions that delight our Clients. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or two years related experience in customer service, legal office, inside/outside sales; or paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination.
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Vehicle for transportation to business meetings and events
- Ability to problem solve and develop solutions when dealing with clients and client issues
- Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, informatively, and persuasively to all audiences
- High integrity and commitment to client's needs to foster the trust and loyalty of our clients
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and build client relationships
- Manage cases including facilitating consultations and legal documents
- Work hand-in-hand with operations team to provide deliverables
- Manage operations team performance

- Base salary (depending upon experience)
