What You'll Do
- Provide professional counseling services to either kids, individuals, couples, and families
- Develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
- Collaborate with our administrative team to create an outstanding client experience
- Support and represent the mission, vision, and values of Crosspoint Counseling Center
Qualifications Required
- Active Florida license as:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
