POSTED ON 7/31/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/26/2026
  • $120,000 annually via W2, distributed weekly, with immediate access to medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Full-time presence required at an Alpha campus located in Bethesda, MD; Boca Raton, FL; Boston, MA; Greenwich, CT; Malibu, CA; Miami, FL; Miami Beach, FL; Palm Beach, FL; San Francisco, CA; or Santa Barbara, CA (relocation assistance available).

Traditional schools set benchmarks for students. Your mission is to help them surpass their own.

Each student possesses untapped potential beyond what they currently recognize. Many educators reduce rigor when difficulty arises. Your approach is the reverse. You understand that genuine confidence doesn't emerge from empty affirmation. It develops when someone achieves what they previously considered out of reach. If you've consistently refused to allow a student, player, participant, or mentee to give up on their abilities, this opportunity aligns with your philosophy.

Alpha has redesigned education around one core principle: AI excels at academic delivery, while exceptional people excel at transformation. Students advance through core subjects using adaptive, AI-driven learning platforms. Your focus is cultivating what technology cannot replicate—discipline, perseverance, articulation, accountability, concentration, and the conviction that worthwhile accomplishments require effort. Your days won't involve lesson delivery or assignment grading. Instead, you'll guide students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful progress, and enable them to reach targets they believed were unattainable.

Approximately 60% of your time involves facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills sessions addressing subjects such as public speaking, concentration, leadership, and constructive feedback exchange. Roughly 30% centers on individualized or small-group coaching informed by Coachbot analytics to determine which students require motivation, accountability, or adjusted methods. The final 10% encompasses data review, strategy refinement, and preparation to elevate student performance in the coming week. You'll begin with established workshop structures, then enhance and broaden them as you identify more effective methods for inspiring learners.

Performance standards are measurable. A minimum of 90% of your students must regularly achieve their weekly academic targets, demonstrate proficiency in Alpha's life skills via Test2Pass evaluations, and rate their experience with you no lower than 4 out of 5. Consistent attainment of these benchmarks creates advancement opportunities to Lead Guide, mentoring fellow Guides, and eventually Campus Lead, where you'll influence the ethos and outcomes of an entire institution.

This position does not suit individuals seeking to lecture, execute prescribed curricula, or simply occupy students. It's designed for coaches, mentors, youth facilitators, performers, tutors, and educators who define success through student transformation. Every candidate reaching the final stage spends an entire day coaching actual Alpha students prior to offer extension. If that prospect energizes you more than conventional interviews, we're eager to connect.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating energetic, one-hour life skills sessions for students in grades K-8, building communication, perseverance, concentration, leadership, and other enduring competencies while continuously enhancing workshop quality.
  • Providing one-on-one and small-group coaching guided by Coachbot analytics, customized accountability measures, and Alpha's motivational frameworks to ensure each student reaches ambitious weekly objectives.
  • Evaluating life skill proficiency via Test2Pass and delivering focused coaching until all students exhibit true competence beyond mere attendance.
  • Modifying your coaching approach for elementary and middle school populations, recognizing when a five-year-old requires physical activity and positive reinforcement versus when a thirteen-year-old needs candid accountability.
  • Reviewing weekly performance metrics to detect trends, eliminate barriers, and systematically enhance results across your entire student group.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Conducting conventional classroom teaching. AI manages academic instruction, allowing your concentration on student development.
  • Evaluating assignments, designing lesson plans, or readying students for standardized examinations.
  • Supervising students as they quietly use computers. Each day is dynamic, participatory, and coaching-focused.
  • Seeking permission before assisting a student in difficulty. You possess the authority to respond immediately and take necessary action.
  • Handling parent correspondence or clerical tasks. Campus Leads oversee parent engagement, freeing you to concentrate on students.
