This hybrid position supports a tuition-free Arizona virtual charter school that trades worksheets for experiential learning and prioritizes personal development. Students use AI-powered platforms to complete their core academics independently in two concentrated hours each day. The remaining time is dedicated to developing practical skills through facilitated workshops, individualized coaching, and active exploration.

Your responsibilities will not include delivering scripted content or monitoring a conventional virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, innovate, collaborate, and mature. Your mentorship will span storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and critical thinking while fostering independence, self-assurance, and executive function.

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating interactive virtual workshops centered on life competencies including communication, creative thinking, problem resolution, and self-management
• Providing individualized and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, accountability, and executive functioning capabilities
• Leveraging platform analytics and student indicators to customize support and monitor development across time
• Partnering with peer educators to design and refine project-driven learning experiences on an ongoing basis
• Establishing a secure, energizing environment where students feel recognized, stretched, and inspired to develop

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
