- Controlling the end-to-end enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
- Designing and executing ongoing experimentation to pinpoint and remove high-priority conversion obstacles
- Developing the annual marketing plan across virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, audience segments, channel strategy, budget distribution, and quantifiable objectives
- Creating a high-velocity execution framework that delivers consistently through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
- Collaborating directly with enrollment and school leadership to convert family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative assets
- Executing awareness campaigns that lack direct enrollment accountability
- Serving as a task recipient for unstructured marketing requests with ambiguous return on investment
- Relying on lengthy approval cycles or large administrative structures to move work forward
- Focusing on surface-level metrics that do not connect to enrolled family outcomes

- Advanced funnel analytics expertise with a history of identifying problems and prioritizing impactful solutions
