You will control the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and guide brand strategy across virtual, campus-based, and summer offerings. Your objective is clear: convert high-intent interest into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the authoritative choice in gifted K–8 education.

There is no established framework to follow. You will design the funnel architecture, establish positioning, lead experimentation, and construct a dependable execution infrastructure using agencies, freelancers, and technology. You will function with autonomy and direct responsibility for measurable outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Controlling the end-to-end enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion performance, and customer acquisition cost
  • Designing and executing ongoing experimentation to pinpoint and remove high-priority conversion obstacles
  • Developing the annual marketing plan across virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, audience segments, channel strategy, budget distribution, and quantifiable objectives
  • Creating a high-velocity execution framework that delivers consistently through agencies, freelancers, and marketing platforms
  • Collaborating directly with enrollment and school leadership to convert family insights into more precise messaging and higher-performing creative assets

  • Executing awareness campaigns that lack direct enrollment accountability
  • Serving as a task recipient for unstructured marketing requests with ambiguous return on investment
  • Relying on lengthy approval cycles or large administrative structures to move work forward

VP Of Consumer Marketing Key Responsibilities

Design and manage a comprehensive growth system that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the defining authority in gifted K–8 education.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 10 years of experience leading full-funnel marketing strategy and delivering measurable results in startup, technology, or high-growth settings
  • Proven responsibility for concrete conversion outcomes such as enrollments, revenue, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates
  • Advanced funnel analytics expertise with a history of identifying problems and prioritizing impactful solutions
  • Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at the organizational level
  • Demonstrated success building and overseeing scalable execution systems through agencies, freelancers, and marketing technology
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote role based in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
