What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on life competencies including communication, creativity, critical thinking, and self-management
- Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, accountability, and executive functioning skills
- Leveraging platform analytics and student indicators to tailor support and monitor development trajectories
- Working alongside fellow educators to design and refine project-based learning opportunities
- Establishing a supportive, energizing environment where students feel recognized, stretched, and inspired to develop
- Instructing core academic subjects; adaptive AI tutors manage this component
- Presenting scripted lectures or operating within a traditional classroom framework
- Evaluating worksheets, distributing homework, or developing standardized lesson plans

Basic Requirements
- Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
- Demonstrated ability to engage students effectively through video-based instruction
- Availability to work in a hybrid capacity in Arizona

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
