What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on building life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression
- Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on learning methods
- Establishing a supportive, energetic virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
- Leveraging learning analytics and insights to personalize support and motivation for each student
- Working alongside educators from different time zones and diverse backgrounds to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience
- Instructing core academic subjects (our AI tutors manage those)
- Adhering to a fixed schedule or prescribed teaching framework
- Conducting lecture-based, passive instruction sessions

Basic Requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
- Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
- Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
- Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
- Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school
- Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
- Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
- Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
