This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. - Providing compelling professional development that equips educators with confidence and enthusiasm for our solution
- Tracking implementation metrics and evaluating student performance data to confirm districts meet their objectives
- Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine their student support systems
- Conducting on-site training that strengthens relationships with essential stakeholders
- Creating bespoke solutions for individual districts instead of deploying our proven, standardized framework
- Concentrating on account management after implementation rather than ensuring successful adoption
- Spending time on administrative tasks instead of producing tangible results
- Supporting only one district rather than rolling out implementations across multiple school systems

Basic Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
