You will oversee the complete admissions process for your assigned families, from initial contact through final transition, ensuring exceptional service throughout. You'll evaluate inquiries, support families through their decision process, and deploy AI to eliminate administrative overhead so your focus stays where it belongs: relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

What You Will Be Doing
- Guiding the entire admissions experience for your designated families with professionalism, care, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound interest from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-through — providing exceptional service irrespective of enrollment outcome.
- Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to streamline task management, automate routine touchpoints, and minimize manual processes.
- Following preset scripts or inflexible procedures — success here demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be slowed by interdepartmental approval chains or reliance on others to move things forward.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Basic Requirements
- 3 years in a client-facing position with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
- Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with poise and compassion.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience overseeing multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
- Established competency with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
- Confirmed ability to handle details with precision — including record-keeping, follow-up execution, and CRM data integrity.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours based on family availability.
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or clear commitment to education innovation.
