In this capacity, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your accountability spans community communication, campus security, facility coordination, logistics, and daily technology support. At any given time, you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technical problem, integrating a new team member, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work extends beyond maintenance—you build institutional confidence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central contact for families, students, and staff members, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus security functions, including entry protocols, medical situations, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions including attendance systems, facility management, transit arrangements, and administrative operations
- Assisting with integration and orientation of new personnel to guarantee seamless adoption of campus procedures
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the main on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or directing academic content
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, specialized administrative capacity
- Remaining stationary with routine, unchanging assignments
- Delegating issues without accountability or follow-through

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
