You will serve as strategist, mentor, and performance catalyst for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Through your leadership, you will define how Alpha Guides engage with students: building operational playbooks, establishing feedback systems, and demonstrating exemplary facilitation.

This role combines advanced coaching capabilities with direct involvement in youth development. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring students not only meet expectations but excel – discovering latent abilities and essential life competencies. What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and challenge resolution
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
• Personally coaching a small student cohort to demonstrate advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when the passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that expectation is your responsibility
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with demonstrated success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
