You'll lead a full organizational stack, control budget and hiring decisions, and be accountable for building the physical foundation of our national expansion. You'll create AI-first playbooks that make future growth faster, cheaper, and smarter.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own the national facilities pillar with complete accountability for new builds, major upgrades, and operational systems across 25-30 campuses
- Lead and scale a high-performance team (SVP, VPs, staff) with full P&L ownership and decision-making authority
- Develop and enforce global standards across procurement, security, furniture, networking, and signage
- Build and implement AI-first playbooks that systematically eliminate friction and accelerate expansion cycles
- Report directly to the founder while coordinating cross-functionally to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines
- Providing recommendations without execution authority—you make the decisions and own the outcomes
- Managing isolated single-site projects—your mandate is building national systems and standards
- Maintaining legacy processes—you'll architect next-generation, AI-driven operational playbooks
- Waiting for executive direction—you drive expansion strategy, not react to it

Basic Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading complex, multi-site execution with measurable results
- Proven track record delivering high-stakes projects with tight timelines and zero-margin-for-error outcomes
- Direct leadership experience over new-builds, large-scale upgrades, and operational systems at national scale
- Hands-on expertise with retail buildouts and/or large-scale maintenance programs where standardization was mission-critical
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams with full budget/P&L ownership
- Exceptional structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities
- Proven comfort operating with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in fast-growth environments
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~25%
- Experience launching or scaling regulated, multi-site ventures with complex compliance requirements
- Background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities served as a critical dependency
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems that scale
