In this position, you command the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities include community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics management, and daily technology administration. At any given moment, you might coordinate a safety exercise, troubleshoot a technology issue, integrate a new team member, or respond to a parent inquiry. Your role extends beyond maintenance—you are building trust.

What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a central point of contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional communication
- Directing campus security functions, including entry management, medical situations, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and parent notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions including attendance protocols, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and office management
- Assisting with orientation and instruction for new employees to facilitate seamless incorporation into campus operations
- Administering student devices and campus technology systems, functioning as the lead on-site technical contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic teaching
- Mentoring Guides or directing curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Remaining at a desk with uniform, routine assignments
- Transferring issues to others without taking ownership or driving solutions

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
