What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-enhanced instructional content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute classes or adhering to traditional curricula—students engage with core academic content through AI-adaptive applications
Literacy Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adapting to student interactions within those systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
