What You Will Be Doing
- Observing teachers and instructional aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
- Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking advancement in learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective practices for staff to observe
- Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students and exemplify high-quality delivery for the teaching team
- Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship strategies and meet academic benchmarks
- Conducting post-observation and post-workshop debriefs with staff to solidify best practices and respond to questions
Learning Implementation Consultant key responsibilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related field involving youth or adults
- At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
- Hands-on experience working with children aged 5-14 in educational or youth development contexts

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
