What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Coach, GT School (Remote) - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
You've tested your limits—whether in competition, creative work, or professional environments. Now you're positioned to apply that discipline to meaningful outcomes. At GT Anywhere, you'll serve as an academic advisor supporting students to achieve the unexpected: embrace their education, accelerate their learning, and develop into independent, capable thinkers. This role is fully remote, with global flexibility.
GT Anywhere operates as a virtual school designed for gifted learners seeking acceleration. We combine AI-driven curriculum with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schooling cannot: unrestricted learning pace, rigorous depth across science and the humanities, and access to a community of like-minded peers. In the Academic Advisor role, you'll support K–8 students eager to progress rapidly. You won't deliver lessons—technology manages content delivery. Your function is to coach: cultivating self-belief, maintaining high standards, and unlocking each student's potential. Each interaction is deliberate. Each milestone is significant.
If you've achieved elite-level performance—in athletics, the arts, research, or commerce—and want to empower the next generation to do the same, this position is built for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Generate measurable academic progress and student engagement within a virtual environment by providing frequent, high-impact mindset coaching through a fully remote, technology-enabled model.
Basic Requirements
GT School is revolutionizing education with AI, expert coaching, and 50 years of learning science. They blend cutting-edge tech with data-driven insights to unlock every student's full potential.
They're on a mission to disrupt the broken education system and unleash the true potential of gifted minds. Forget the one-size-fits-all approach that leaves brilliant students bored and disengaged.
This school has tossed the rulebook and created a modern learning environment powered by AI and guided by dedicated mentors. Their personalized approach accelerates learning - 2-6 times faster than traditional classrooms.
GT School students explore their passions, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to innovate.
Because that's where genius lies.
GT School is where gifted minds turn potential into power.
