We combine AI-driven academics with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schools cannot: unlimited learning pace, rigorous instruction in sciences and humanities, and a cohort of intellectual equals. What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with each student, concentrating on academic objectives, motivation, and growth mindset
- Hosting open office hours where students can drop in for immediate support, encouragement, or problem-solving
- Leveraging AI tools and dashboards to monitor student performance, detect obstacles, and refine your coaching strategies
- Recording observations, concerns, and tactical updates to keep each student on an accelerated growth path
- Working closely with your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework
- Teaching lessons, evaluating tests, or distributing homework—our technology manages the academic content
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a fixed curriculum
- Babysitting or micromanaging unmotivated students—we coach, not supervise
- Attending unnecessary meetings or dealing with bureaucracy
- Coasting—this team is designed for individuals who aspire to perform at a high level and create real impact

Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- At least 6 months working with gifted students in an educational, coaching, or mentoring setting
- Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
- Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
- Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours
- PhD in any field
- Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
- Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
