What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions exist to increase volume. This position exists to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most forward-thinking school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely advance faster than national averages, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends entirely on selecting the right families.
That is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role that passes responsibility to others. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds beyond conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, luxury service industries, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurial roles involving direct management of premium client relationships. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, multi-phase engagement with sound judgment, precision, and accountability.
If your professional background centers on exceptional service delivery where reputation depends on trust, confidentiality, and client experience, this role will translate naturally—applied to work with measurable impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that attracts and converts well-aligned families while safeguarding the standards and outcomes that define the Alpha model.
