- Remote - United States
- $100,000 salary
- Day-one health benefits, HSA/FSA, 401(k) Roth
Alpha is experiencing rapid national growth, and we've built a contemporary enrollment infrastructure. The next step is unlocking its capacity through intelligent integrations, streamlined automations, and reliable data pipelines.
You won't interact with parents or handle family outreach. This is pure systems architecture and operational rigor. Your work will create the technical infrastructure supporting admissions and enrollment operations across all locations while equipping teams with dependable, user-friendly tools.
If you've encountered a new platform and recognized how to optimize it for large-scale deployment, this position suits you. If you find satisfaction in automation reducing repetitive tasks and observing data move cleanly between systems, this is your opportunity. Your contributions will be foundational, yet their influence will extend to every campus expansion and enrollment outcome.
Establish the infrastructure. Drive scalable growth. Submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting platforms across numerous campuses

- Deliver timely technical support and convert user input into practical system enhancements
