You will manage ongoing communications, organize impactful admissions events, and keep applicant data current to support sound decision-making.
If you excel in dynamic, purpose-driven settings—where attention to detail, responsiveness, and structure have direct influence on family experience and enrollment success—this hybrid role combines remote flexibility with regular in-person participation in admissions activities.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, professional, and considerate communication to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day scheduling
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with precision and currency

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
- High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate applicant records or CRM data
- Comfortable managing remote work alongside in-person campus duties
- Able to adapt swiftly and excel in a fast-moving, mission-driven setting
- Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in NYC; NY or willing to relocate
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience coordinating admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort operating in rapidly evolving, tech-enabled environments
