2 Hour Learning compresses a traditional full school day into two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based applications. No traditional teachers. No lectures. No wasted hours. Our students learn at 2.6 times the national average, validated by MAP assessment data. Afternoons are dedicated to life skills, personal development, and substantive projects. This represents not simply an alternative approach to education, but a faster, more effective, high-impact model that produces top 1% academic results in half the time.

Your role is pivotal. You'll direct full-cycle admissions for one campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with complete ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucratic layers. No fragmented processes. No unnecessary complexity. You'll convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent results, compelling campus tours, and selective judgment. You'll be the deciding factor in why families commit to a school unlike any they've encountered.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, targeted communication that never reads like a template.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate with clarity how and why our teaching model is faster, and whom it serves.
  • Managing the complete admissions funnel from application through shadow days, decision calls, and onboarding.
  • Maintaining CRM and SIS records that are accurate, up-to-date, and prepared for weekly review, particularly in HubSpot.
  • Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and FAQs using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Supervising a team. This is intentionally structured as an independent operator role.
  • Working through bureaucratic obstacles. We operate at startup velocity, not traditional school board timelines.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This model isn't suitable for all families, and your responsibility is to identify the right fit.
  • Downplaying our distinctiveness. Our outcomes carry more weight than convention.
  • Operating remotely. This is an in-person, campus-based position with occasional local outreach events.

Enrollment Director Key Responsibilities

Direct and refine the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high-conversion, selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and performance of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

  • 3 years leading full-cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
  • Demonstrated track record managing selective enrollment from initial inquiry through final commitment
  • Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presenting, and personal interaction
  • Confidence working with high-net-worth families and discerning decision-makers
  • Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Currently located in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in elite K–12 private school or competitive college admissions
  • Experience designing and executing high-touch, high-conversion events
  • Proficiency with reporting, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
  • Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based education models

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
