You will serve as the catalyst, the coach, and the strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from building playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating outstanding facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to excel as facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on learning experiences

Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven experience creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with proven success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
