The families who select Alpha rely on trusted advisors across every facet of their lives. This is the advisor they haven't had yet.

You will be the person they reach out to when uncertainty arises, when intuition signals concern, or when they wish to share a milestone they know you will appreciate. You will understand each family deeply enough to sense their needs before articulation—and you will possess the judgment and composure to address what they bring with tact, genuine warmth, and seamless execution. Over time, you will transcend your role at their child's school. You will become woven into the way they navigate this stage of family life.

That depth of trust is not built through protocol. It emerges from presence—daily, steady, unrushed. You will be there at morning arrival and afternoon departure, at evening gatherings that hold meaning, and in private conversations that never appear on a schedule. You will cultivate a community families feel invested in protecting, where inclusion feels organic and referrals follow naturally from the quality of experience.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school model. Students complete core academics in two hours daily using AI-powered platforms, then dedicate remaining time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and applied projects. No lectures. No filler assignments. Top 1% outcomes nationally. The families who enroll are investing in something they value deeply—but conviction requires nurturing.

You will sustain that dialogue with every family, through every question, for the duration of their enrollment. If advocating for an unconventional approach to discerning skeptics feels like a challenge you'd rather avoid, this position is not the right match. If it represents the most compelling conversation you could engage in, continue reading.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the relationship with every enrolled family—the evolving, deepening connection that ensures parents feel understood, not merely attended to
  • Surface potential concerns before they escalate, addressing them with the discretion and interpersonal sophistication that preserves trust
  • Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning arrival (7–9am), afternoon departure (2–4pm), evening parent gatherings, and select weekend programming
  • Develop a campus community with authentic depth—rituals, events, and interactions that foster a sense of belonging to something families want to preserve
  • Foster parent champions through organic relationship-building, delivering experiences of such consistent quality that referrals emerge naturally
  • Sustain the ongoing dialogue about Alpha's AI-powered approach with families managing screen time questions, skeptical relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but across their entire campus experience
  • Recognize when a family is misaligned with the community and manage that situation with the same care you bring to all interactions—safeguarding the community is integral to serving it
  • Establish the infrastructure and cadence this position demands in a setting where the operating manual is still under development

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing enrollment processes—that responsibility belongs to the Admissions Director; your role commences once families join and expands from that point
  • Operating from behind a desk—your visibility within the community defines the role
  • Maintaining standard 9–5 availability—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are integral to the position, not occasional exceptions
  • Relying on administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a complete team—you will function with significant autonomy and create what is needed
  • Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role rewards authentic connection, not procedural adherence

Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted relationship anchor at the heart of every family's Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence through challenging moments, cultivate a community where belonging feels intentional, and establish the conditions through which satisfied families naturally become vocal proponents.

Basic Requirements

  • Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses OR willing to relocate within 60 days (preference for candidates with established local community ties): Denver, CO; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; Boston, MA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Oklahoma City, OK; Tulsa, OK; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dallas (Carrollton), TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston (The Woodlands), TX; Park City, UT; Burlington, VT; Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 5 years in a relationship-focused capacity serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—private school admissions, premium hospitality, philanthropic advisory, or any setting where discretion, interpersonal warmth, and social acuity were as critical as technical competence
  • Proven capacity to navigate difficult moments with sophisticated families while maintaining and strengthening trust
  • Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, exacting families—polished without appearing rehearsed
  • Direct familiarity with independent, private, or alternative education models—through professional experience or as a parent—that provides credible grounding when families question the approach
  • Sincere conviction in AI-powered education and the capacity to sustain that belief authentically across years of family engagement, not merely through initial enrollment
  • Availability for non-standard hours: early mornings (7–9am), late afternoons (2–4pm), evening events 2–3x monthly, and occasional weekend activities

Nice-to-have Requirements

Exceptional candidates will possess at least one of the following:

  • Established connections within the local affluent community that would provide immediate, organic credibility on campus
  • Private or independent school background with demonstrated success in family retention and community cultivation—beyond enrollment metrics alone
  • Background managing high-stakes family dynamics where your discretion and judgment were the foundation of sustained trust
  • Talent for designing experiences—gatherings, moments, environments—that make participants feel they belong to something worth defending
  • Prior startup or early-stage organizational experience where you built systems from the ground up and maintained composure through rapid change
