What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate fit prior to offering solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Conducting campus tours, student shadow experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Accepting families with misaligned expectations merely to meet enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a large team or working within complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple departments or individuals.
- Operating remotely. This position is campus-based and requires on-site presence.

Basic Requirements
- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated client services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding.
- Experience managing 20 concurrent client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
- Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when it was not appropriate for the client.
- Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions.
- Experience designing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service frameworks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely speed.
