What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Member Services, Alpha (Remote) - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This position exists to uphold standards.
Alpha is developing one of the most rigorous school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely achieve learning velocities that exceed national benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are allocated to deeper exploration, self-directed work, and practical competency development. The model delivers results. However, it requires the right family partnerships.
This is your mandate.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role involving handoffs. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate purposeful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, premium hospitality, senior-level administrative support, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly overseen high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and reliability.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experiential quality define brand identity, this role will be recognizable territory—applied to work that meaningfully shifts outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Seattle and Park City. Relocation assistance is provided.
