What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions prioritize throughput. This position prioritizes integrity.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most distinctive school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding curricula, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely achieve learning velocity that exceeds national standards—confirmed by measurable outcomes. Afternoon hours are dedicated to advanced exploration, autonomy, and practical capability development. The model is proven. However, its success depends entirely on family alignment. Your role centers on that alignment.
You will manage the complete admissions pathway for a campus location, spanning initial inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a coordination position. You bear direct responsibility for the family experience, for ensuring model comprehension, and for validating enrollment decisions based on authentic fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is mutual suitability.
We welcome applicants from elite service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive entry programs, high-end hospitality, executive client relations, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client engagement from inception to completion. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, sequential process with discernment, transparency, and accountability. If your professional history involves delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experiential excellence shape brand perception, this opportunity will resonate. Apply now to elevate that standard in meaningful work.
