What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
While most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers, this role is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing a school model of exceptional ambition. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and personnel. Students routinely achieve learning gains that exceed national norms, supported by measurable evidence. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, autonomous work, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But its success depends entirely on selecting aligned families. Your responsibility begins here.
You will control the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role defined by handoffs. You are accountable for the family's experience with us, the clarity with which they grasp the model, and ensuring enrollment decisions are made with the correct rationale. You will evaluate fit, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize volume. The objective is to achieve alignment.
We welcome applicants from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen complex, high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and accountability. If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experiential quality shape the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to apply that standard to meaningful work.
