You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, craft engaging learning activities, and address operational challenges
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on developing them into outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will guide Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential development sessions
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
