What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
You are the person who ensures everything functions properly. When a campus operates seamlessly, students feel secure, staff remain productive, and parents have confidence in the school. This doesn't occur by chance. It occurs because someone is methodically managing hundreds of moving pieces each day—with precision, responsiveness, and attention.
Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models globally. We integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated standards for both students and adults. This position exists to guarantee that the non-instructional aspects of the campus perform at the same level as our academic programs.
In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You hold accountability for community engagement, campus security, facility management and logistics, and ongoing technology administration. At any given time you might be organizing a safety exercise, troubleshooting a technology problem, supporting a new team member through orientation, or responding to a parent inquiry. You are not simply maintaining operations—you are building trust.
This is a practical, on-campus position for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, maintains composure under pressure, and is committed to upholding exceptional service standards. If you seek work where your choices immediately influence student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this position provides genuine ownership and measurable impact.
