This position exists to guarantee the operational side of the campus performs at the same level as our instructional programs.
In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. You hold accountability for community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics, and everyday technology administration. At one moment you might be organizing a safety drill, then troubleshooting a device problem, onboarding new personnel, or responding to a parent inquiry. You aren't simply maintaining operations—you are building trust.
This is a practical, on-site position for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, maintains composure under pressure, and takes satisfaction in upholding a high standard of service. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The compensation level for this role is $45 USD/hour, which equates to $90,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for parents, students, and staff, maintaining clear, prompt, and professional communication
- Overseeing campus security operations, including access management, health incidents, emergency drills, documentation, and parent notifications
- Supervising daily campus functions such as attendance procedures, facilities management, transportation logistics, and office administration
- Assisting with onboarding and training for new personnel to facilitate seamless integration into campus operations
- Administering student devices and campus technology, serving as the main on-site tech contact and Google Administrator
- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programs
- Mentoring Guides or directing curriculum design
- Operating in a limited, single-task administrative capacity
- Remaining at a desk with routine, unchanging responsibilities
- Transferring issues to others without taking ownership or finding solutions

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Boston, MA; Miami Beach, FL; Greenwich, CT; South Bay (LA), CA; Bethesda, MD; La Jolla (San Diego), CA; Boca Raton, FL — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
