What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching conversations with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset
- Hosting open "office hours" where students can access real-time guidance, encouragement, or problem-solving
- Leveraging AI tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching tactics
- Documenting observations, concerns, and strategic updates to keep each student on an accelerated learning path
- Working alongside your team to exchange effective strategies, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework
- Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing homework—our technology manages the academic content
- Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed curriculum
- Supervising or overseeing unmotivated students—we coach with purpose, not control
- Attending unnecessary meetings or navigating bureaucratic processes
- Operating at low intensity—this team is designed for individuals who seek high performance and meaningful impact

Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- At least 6 months working with gifted students in an educational, coaching, or mentoring setting
- Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
- Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
- Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours
- PhD in any field
- Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
- Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
