THE ROLE
Crossmedia is searching for our next Assistant Programmatic Planner to work on the One Marketplace Team. This is a great entry-level role which covers day-to-day programmatic campaign management and working across multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSP’s). This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, data-loving individuals who enjoy using their analytical skills to plan, monitor and troubleshoot campaigns.
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day as an Assistant Programmatic Planner –
- Partner with the One Marketplace team to learn and develop knowledge of programmatic platforms, tools, and processes.
- Assists with analyzing and interpreting campaign performance.
- Learn to strategize programmatic tactics, technology and make budget recommendations for clients.
- Hands-on campaign set-up and extensive QA of biddable media buys.
- Daily in-platform monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon KPI(s).
- Participate in an in-depth training & onboarding covering biddable media fundamentals and certification across SEM, Paid Social and/or Programmatic media (i.e.: Facebook, Google, The Trade Desk)
- Works closely with team members to troubleshoot obstacles, quickly and proactively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication or relevant field
- Agency media experience a PLUS
- Advanced Excel skills
- An appreciation for working with budgets and numbers
- Highly organized and great attention to detail is a must
- Powerpoint skills a plus
