Role: Business Operations Lead
Compensation: $170k - $210k Equity
Location: San Francisco, California
YOE: 4 years of experience in startups and analytical roles in finance

About the role
The Biz Ops Lead will be the first operations hire, working closely with the CEO and co-founders to own key financial and operational initiatives. This role focuses on executing high-impact projects, operating in ambiguity, and supporting the company’s scale as it prepares for Series B.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in startups and analytical roles in finance (investment banking/investing) or consulting
- Experience at an early stage startup (i.e. BizOps)
- Highly analytical and been in an analytical role before
