Experienced CrossFit Coach

Established in 2007, our CrossFit gym in Tysons Corner fosters a welcoming and inclusive community for individuals of all experience levels. Our coaches play a vital role in creating this dynamic environment, requiring a unique blend of skills and dedication.

We are seeking a CrossFit Trainer, for mostly mornings, to teach adult and kids CrossFit classes and private training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead engaging CrossFit workouts tailored to a diverse clientele.
• Flexible schedule to instruct private training.
• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to support individual fitness goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive class atmosphere that motivates and inspires participants.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and maintain a positive company image.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues, both in-person and online.
• Eligible for free access to the gym and classes outside of Coaching responsibilities, a minimum number of 8 classes per month must be taught

Qualifications

• Either already have your Certified CrossFit Coach (CF-L1 or higher) or be in the process of acquiring it.
• At least two (2) years of experience with leading fitness based classes.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Think about those passionate about the Open and those that have never truly worked out in their life. And everything in between.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to continuous learning.
