Position Overview
We are hiring Non‑Driver Movers to support labor‑only moving operations, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading items on‑site. This role requires physical strength, teamwork, and a steady, dependable work ethic. Non‑drivers will meet the team at assigned job sites and work directly alongside drivers and other crew members to complete each move efficiently and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
Individuals who are naturally focused, disciplined, and comfortable with physical work tend to thrive in this role. This includes bootcamp graduates, high school graduates, former athletes, or anyone accustomed to structured, hands‑on environments.
Age and athleticism are not requirements, but these traits often align with the physical nature of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Lift, carry, and move items 50 lbs or more
- Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions
- Follow company procedures and leadership direction
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- No driver’s license required
