What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primavera P6 Scheduler position at CrossFire Group?
Work Arrangement: Detroit,- Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
• Establish and manage approved schedule baselines
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules across multiple departments and disciplines
• Track milestones, critical-path activities, project progress, and schedule variances
• Create schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports
• Identify potential delays, scheduling risks, and project impacts
• Work with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategies
• Coordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and schedule changes to stakeholders
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
• Knowledge of construction planning, progress measurement, and schedule controls
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams
• Utility and/or EPC project experience is strongly preferred
