Work Setup: Hybrid (Work-from-home with assigned office days)

Join a leading telecommunications company as a Network Real Estate Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in upgrading 4G/5G technology infrastructure for Macro Modification projects across Northern California and Nevada. This role focuses on driving site acquisition and managing vendors to successfully transition projects to construction teams.

Network Real Estate Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage real estate site development for Macro Modifications on existing macro sites.
• Drive vendors to meet deliverables, milestones, and handoffs to construction.
• Conduct lease due diligence and represent the company in negotiations with landlords and municipalities.
• Oversee zoning reviews, attend hearings, and manage budgets and purchase orders.
• Escalate critical issues with well-formed recommendations to leadership.
• Perform site visits, navigate FUZE system tasks, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  
  

Network Real Estate Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in Real Estate/Site Acquisition (preferably in NorCal).
• 5-7 years of experience managing telecommunications macro projects.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G technologies and site acquisition processes.
• Expertise in zoning, permitting, real estate law, and interpreting leases.
• Proven vendor and project management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience with RF data sheets, construction drawings, and database applications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Telecommunications-specific experience.
