HxGN EAM Project Manager

Introduction

The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT – Department of Subways (DOS) is seeking three (3) temporary HxGN EAM Project Managers. These roles are critical to supporting the ongoing rollout of the HxGN Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across DOS. Candidates must bring deep knowledge of HxGN EAM and have experience with project management in complex, transit-related environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Coordinate and conduct business process review meetings
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Collaborate with Subway SMEs to document scope, schedules, functional requirements, and workflows
• Prepare and manage project status and summary reports
• Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues
• Deliver technical and project documentation aligned with Subways EAM standards
• Support configuration, administration, and training related to HxGN EAM
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
• 2–3 years’ experience in the Railroad/Transit industry (preferred)
• 5 years of hands-on experience using the Extensibility Framework in HxGN EAM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience leading large-scale EAM implementation projects
• Advanced project management and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
