As a Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance optimization of our database systems.

Database Administrator Responsibilities
As a Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance optimization of our database systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Managed Instance databases
- Install, upgrade, patch, and migrate SQL Server databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently
- Ensure database security and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and optimize database performance and execute query tuning
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to support application database needs
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft SQL Server and Azure advancements
- Document database procedures, standards, and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation and handle assigned tasks proactively
We’re looking for a Database Administrator who brings technical depth and a strong sense of responsibility.
- 5 years of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (on-prem and Azure Managed Instances)
- Experience with Always-On High Availability solutions
- Solid knowledge of database security, performance tuning, and backup/recovery
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Azure Storage, and Azure security fundamentals
- Strong SQL skills; Python knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and logical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and in teams
